At Creative Convenience, we are a licensed general contractor specializing in the car wash, restaurant, and convenience store markets. What separates us is we operate as a construction manager, not just a general contractor. How Our Process Saves Time & Money
From the beginning, we make it clear to our clients that when you hire us, you get a partnership. We work with you throughout each phase of the project—from conception to completion. As we learn about you and your needs, we're able to obtain a full understanding of what your end goals are. This helps to alleviate any issues or roadblocks that could otherwise delay your project.
We hire the architect and engineers, as well as oversee permitting, construction, interior elements, and everything else that pertains to the construction and completion of your new building.
During the beginning phases, we will send out bids to hundreds of subcontractors. Each bid is put through our intense qualifying process and we present you with 3-5 bids to choose from. By doing this at this time, we're able to minimize change orders and costly overruns at the end of the project. This method can save you anywhere from 10 to 18 percent of your total cost.
We always use a cost-plus method, meaning all of our costs are completely transparent and you see exactly where the money is going at all times. This process also allows us to complete your project faster because we've started from the beginning and know what needs to get done. Getting you into your new building as quickly as possible is our priority because we know that's when you start making money.

- Car Washes: Express tunnel washes require expert knowledge to coordinate the project from beginning to end. We've built several of these throughout the country.
- Convenience Stores: We take any size convenience store project and quickly turn it around. From gas tanks to internal systems, we put it all together for you.
- Restaurants: We build quick service, fine dining, and all types of restaurants in between. Once the building is done, we'll handle all elements inside from the front of the house to the back of the house.
